Delivery is subject to stock availability and security checks, and will be sent to the address provided.
We are not liable for any losses due to late delivery or delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, except where legally required. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@evioryl.gr as soon as possible.
All orders are sent on customer expenses. The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the evioryl.gr
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after payment clearance. Dispatching can only be done on business days during business hours. You will be notified about your parcel being shipped by an email from us.
Delivery
Goods are shipped at the buyer’s own risk, liability, and expense. If products are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the goods, we will refund the product cost, minus the delivery expenses and any additional fees charged by the courier for returning the goods to us.
If the order needs to be reshipped due to reasons beyond our control, an additional charge may apply. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and a redirection is required, there will be a fee, which must be paid before we can reship or redirect the order.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
